Dr. Teynor is Rude Rude Rude!!!!



This guy leaves a voice mail for me- I respond and say I'm returning his call. First, he won't even let me finish my sentences. Second, he denied saying that he asked me to call back. I wonder why I called...seriously! I still have his voicemail saved on my phone. When we finally got past the reason for my call (thankfully!), he asks to speak to my minor child. I explain that my child is a minor, I'm his parent...etc. He insists that my child should be the one calling him- no me- because "She's an emancipated minor". What! My daughter is not emancipated!! This rude guy then says he will put it on his notes that my daughter refused to talk to him. With that, he disconnected me. What in the world! This guy lies! I'm surprised IHC is letting a guy who sounds more of a rude salesman than a doctor represent them.
