We purchased granite countertops from Aspen and love them. Paul was so patient and helpful when considering all the options and colors of countertops. He helped educate us as well as give excellent suggestions on all aspects of ordering and installing the granite. The installers were polite and efficient with the removal of the old countertops and the installation of the new granite. I would definitely use Aspen again.

We purchased new granite countertops from a locale home improvement store and they told us we needed to get our own supports for our island which is rather large. We were desperate to find metal supports as we have a 12 & 1/2" overhang. We needed them quick. We went on line and found information on metal supports in one of Aspen Countertops comments. We took a chance and stopped into see if they could help. Mr. Paul Ylst listened to our situation and was ready to help. We were able to get the supports we needed right then and there. The price was right in line with others we found online. We feel so grateful for the customer service we received from Aspen Countertops and Paul. I would recommend them to others in the future. I love my new countertops!! The entire experience was excellent. I appreciate the professional attitude and willingness to meet and beat the competitors price. I had one piece of granite that I didn't particularly like and they were wonderful to replace that piece to ensure that I was happy and satisfied. I enjoyed my experience with this quality company.

Perfectly professional. From salesman to installers and everyone in between. Had picked out a piece of granite with some beautiful characteristics. Meet with the fabricator and discussed my vision. The fabricator listened and created exactly what I wanted. It really was a piece of art that the fabricator made. When appointment was scheduled, they came at that time. I had shopped the price with others, and they could not come close to the price from Aspen. I highly recommend Aspen Counters.

Aspen Counter Tops did an excellent job of measuring and installing my new granite counter tops and quartz sink. My appliances fit perfectly in the space they allowed. The seams are barely noticeable. I wanted a new kitchen for Christmas and they installed my counter tops on Christmas Eve day. Thank you to the entire team at Aspen for helping make my kitchen remodel plan a beautiful reality

We have used Aspen Countertops twice for Ikea kitchens. We have had granite tops installed in both remodeled kitchens. We have found Aspen Countertops to be a good company to work with. They are easy to get a hold of, they do high quality work, and they correct any problems quickly and free of charge. In the first Ikea kitchen remodel, we had a slab of granite around our cooktop crack at the edge. We called Aspen and they came back that same week, told us why it had cracked (not enough support underneath the countertop), let us beef up the support, and fixed the crack so it was only visible if you knew where it had been. The second Ikea kitchen remodel we didn't have any cracks, barely visible seams and we had a fairly large island installed. We have been happy with them both times we used them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again for a kitchen. We have built a house and used a different installer, NOT Aspen Countertops, for the granite countertops. The seams through this other installer were far more visible and not entirely level. When I called and complained to this other installer, they said that granite tops aren't always entirely level and refused to correct the problem. Aspen Countertops was easy to work with, did a great job, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Aspen was recommended by the granite distributor. Called got Paul as project manager, he set appointment that week, came to my house gave great well within the price range we anticipated, ordered material, was told 4 to 5 weeks. As soon as cabinets were in they came over took final measurements and created template, again right on schedule. The beginning of the 5th they came in installed the most beautiful countertops. They were done in a few hours the gentlemen were so nice that came in and did the work. Throughout the entire project they were great about communicating what was happening, after the project was finished they made a special trip over to deliver product to maintain the granite. What a great group of people to work with. I would recommend them to everyone. Thanks aspen I really love my beautiful new kitchen

Aspen Countertops has done a great job in helping us select a granite forour basement kitchen. The customer service went beyond just selection,to installation, clean-up and follow through when a faucet had inadvertently not been ordered. The said faucet was delivered in person the next day to my residence. We would recommend and do business with Aspen again. We are thrilled with the results.

I love my new countertops! the guys at aspen are professionals in every sense of the word. The sales person was prompt, professional, knowledgable, and gave us a price in our home. He brought plenty of samples and had a great eye for color. He helped us find exactly what we needed. The installers were professional and quick. Anyone who is looking for countertops needs to add Aspen to their call list.

The reason I went with Aspen Countertops is because they followed through on every aspect of the project. From getting me a quote to the completed project. I tried working with Lowes, but had no luck in even getting a complete quote. Aspen completed every aspect of my project including great customer service, fabrication, installation, haul away of old countertops and even plumbing. The workers who did the install were very good. I would absolutely recommend Aspen Countertops.

Aspen countertops installed a bathroom countertop for us. The price was right, the product/installation great, and friendly employees. All around a good experience. Will be using them again for our other bathroom, and would highly recommend them to friends and family.

In selecting our countertops for our full kitchen remodel, we went through Costco (who referred us to Aspen). We then spent several months deciding and comparison shopping. Aspen never pushed or hurried us, but was always there to answer questions and help us through much mind changing. They never tried to "up sell," and made sure we knew the financial implications of any requested modifications.By the time our contractor was ready for us to order the granite, the supplier had gone on backorder for our selected pattern. To Aspen's credit, they went to a competitor and bought an identical slab (negotiating a lower price to match the Aspen quote) so we could stay on schedule with our contractor. The delivery was exactly when they said it would be, and the countertops were quickly and professionally installed. As first-time remodelers, we couldn't be happier!

Terrible customer service and they do not stand behind their workmanship. I had them install Quartz countertops in my kitchen. One of my counters was installed with two chips and another was not the correct size. Aspen Countertops refused to fix these issues without additional payment. This system forces you to give at least one star however in my oppionion they don't deserve any stars and I will never reccomend them to anyone I know.

The folks at Aspen Countertops were very friendly and professional, kept to schedule, and allowed us to be part of the creative process. We now have a gorgeous shiny garnet-mica schist countertop. They know their business!

We had a good experience with Aspen Countertops Most everyone was cordial and helpful. Our cabinets are nice and we appreciate the work.

We remodeled our bathroom and were referred to Aspen where we got our cabinets and counter tops. We liked working with them so much that when we decided to re-do our kitchen we called them. We worked with Aaron and Angel and they were very helpful. They worked with our budget and yet we got what we wanted.They came when they said they would and everything went smooth. The workmen were pleasant, worked fast and cleaned up after. It was a smooth experience.Thanks Aspen.

We used Aspen for new LG Hi-Mac countertops in our bathroom and couldn't be more pleased. They were very proffessional in all aspects. Everything was done in a very efficient timely matter. Would recommend them to anyone.

We had the pleasure of working with Angel and Aaron at Aspen Counter Tops on a project in Salt Lake City. We were very pleased with their professionalism and workmanship. Aspen Counter Tops went above and beyond for us to help work through some difficulties that arose on this project. We would be pleased to work with them again.

Fabulous job! We are very happy with Aspen Countertops. They had my old laminate countertops out and new Corian countertops completely installed within hours. Jake came by a few days before and templated out the whole kitchen within about 30 minutes and the next time I saw him he had the countertops ready to put in. They fit perfectly. When templating my kitchen Jake listened to my concerns about extending a countertop here, or adding backspash there, or not doing backsplash in another place, and making a special matching windowsill. He took notes on everything and they followed my nitpicky directions to a tee! Jake and Clark installed them so skillfully and efficiently that I was blown away that it took so little time. They look beautiful. My wife really wanted to donate the old countertops to Habitat for Humanity, so they took them there for us! And a few days later when we decided we needed another hole in the sink for a soap dispenser, Jake came out and did it for no extra charge.

We used Aspen for several countertops on one of our projects and they came through in every aspect. Perfect installation, on time delivery. Matt was very responsive and made several trips to the job site to verify details. We'll definately use Aspen again!
