This review is in response to another review that was posted by somebody using my name and information. That person only gave two stars to Holladay on ninth. I have in fact lived here almost 10 years and it has definitely been the best Apt. experience I have ever had. Many managers have come and gone since I’ve been here but the present manager, Monica, has been wonderful and trying to help us stay here and not get evicted. The main problem are the late fees. Because of the late fees I am never able to catch up and pay all of my rent on time. However Monica and the other management do allow me the entire month to catch up. When I get too far behind Monica helps me with options to catch up. It’s not an ideal situation but the best I could ask for.
