Jolie is the best customer service specialist EVER..!!! She is always so kind and helpful with everything I need. She always goes the extra mile with everything she does.! You are very lucky to have an employee of her caliber working in your shop. Thanks Jolie you always make Hillside Floral my only flower shop.!

Hillside Floral did the flowers for my wedding and they were BEAUTIFUL! I worked directly with the owner and he was incredibly helpful and provided me exactly what I wanted on my wedding day! The prices were far better than other places I had visited as well! I will always give my flower business to Hillside. Great customer service and great flowers!!

I put in an order and they said it would be there before 230. . . .I made sure and even said are you sure it will be there before 230. . . .they said yes. I made the order around 1245. I then called and talked to them at 4 because it hadn't gotten there and they said well we usually need more time for this kind of thing? The lady said the driver was leaving in 20 minutes so around 1. Anyway, why do you think I asked? If it wasn't going to get there on time they should've said they can't do it!!!! Very frustrated with company and now the flowers are going to not be a surprise and the $40 is freaking wasted!!! Be honest with your customers!!!!! Crappy business!!!!

I recently met with the Owner of Hillside Floral in purchasing flowers for the funerals of two people. It was a wonderful experience. I found him to be entirely helpful and very accommodating. He was generous and kind. His talented staff were also friendly and courteous. The flower orders were abundantly beautiful. All of the arrangements arrived fresh and on time. They delivered exactly what I wanted. The prices were incredibly fair considering the exceptional quality of the floral arrangements. The final bill was exactly what he quoted me from the start with no discrepancy. I was more than satisfied. I'm a very grateful customer and would highly recommend this florist to anyone. They are affordable floral artists and will give you the most beauty for any budget. I loved them and will order again in the near future.

I have had an amazing experiance with the owner and the team he employes. The flowers that he designed for out dental office are more than i could have ever expected, AMAZING!

i've gone into the shop a couple of times and generally have had to same experience. it is a cute store, a little outdated and very traditional, but cute! the girls that work there are super cute and nice, but the owner is very strange and incredibly rude. I think that he assumes that if he is a jerk, it proves he knows more then you, which by the way i have my doubt. he seems very short tempered and unwilling to listen to suggestion. you can tell he feels he knows what is best. his style will work great if you are traditional, and willing to let him do what he wants...but don't give any suggestion to what you like, it seems to be a thorn for that business. also, every time i have gone in he has quoted me a different price for what i request...perhaps he charges what he feels? i don't hold that in high reqard. basically, call in before you go, if he happens to be there-beware! if not, you are probably in good hands!
