Did not honor contract. Was supposed to do 2 trims and never did second one but was paid for it. Complained to BBB and after 4 attempts, Grizzlies finally bothered to say I misunderstood but still kept the money. He trimmed fine but charged dbl the amount, when I offered the coupon they put out, to settle the difference (it was 1$ BELOW the coupon requirements) they thumbed their nose at me!
