This company's proven negligence caused over $1,000 in property damage to our home and the owner, Mr. Gilson, added insult to injury after yelling at me and hanging up on me twice when I tried to discuss this with him. Was totally incredulous. Wish I'd stayed far, far away from this rude, incompetent company.

Lied, cheated, and stole from me. Two years ago they told me I needed my stop-waste valve replaced and they replaced it for $600. Nothing improved and now the guy who is working on it says it was never replaced to begin with.
