It's a doctor's office-people come in for routine reasons and "I need assistance now" reasons. Check-in at the front desk has always been rather quick and easy (I've been going to the foothill location for years now). Dr. Jackson is great-asks about ongoing conditions and brings up if I have new questions and sometimes things to think about as I age. The lab staff is fast and efficient. Remember that they are helping a lot of people, and everyone takes a different amount of time. I plan on anywhere from 1/2 hour to 1 1/2 hours and my visits usually fall in that range.

I left a bad review based on how I was treated one time. Since then my doctor Emily Bloomquist decided to help right the wrong and as it turns out most of it was my fault. Not everyone is going to have a good experience at a doctors office based in a lot of factors. Foothill does care if you communicate with them and they redeemed themselves in my eye.

While the doctor I was with was absolutely wonderful, a lot of the other people who work here are unprofessional. Especially the office manager. I was going to be late to an appointment and so I called ahead to let them know only be told I would have to keep a lot of my health concerns to myself if I was still going to come to my appointment as I was late. That's unprofessional behavior and the receptionist was rude as well in her tone of voice. If they're so concerned about me being 20 minutes late to my physical then how come everytime I've had an appointment here and arrived promptly at my appointment time, I've had to wait for an hour after my appointment started before I see the doctor? Unpleasant words were exchanged with the receptionist after she told me this, and admittedly I was probably wrong in how I handled it. But get this. They sent me a certified letter telling me they would no longer see me. Not just a letter. Certified. They wanted to be sure I got their politely worded "screw off." That's just insanely petty. I'd already made the decision that I wasn't going to return here for my medical care in the future but to receive a certified letter in the mail, I had to write this review.
