I purchased an used Satrun 2002 and ran into couple problems since I had it last October 2012.

Firstly, it was a computer problem. I did not agree with Steve when he told me his opinion after his diagnosis. The computer in a car should be a very durable component which 99% of time it requires replaced is when it was damaged in car crash.

However, with full refund promise if it is not computer problem, I let Steve do the job and amazingly, it fixed the problem. The most impressive thing he spent extra hours on New Year Eve day and give my car back in the same day.

Second time was a battery problem which, of course, the car was totally not kicking when tried to start it up. Once again, I had same doubt on Steve since it seems to me the car still has power occasionally but just so un-predictable. Once again, he is right and the battery the previous owner put in is a very poor quality one.

Of course, there is no free service. Steve charged what he need to charge. Diagnosis fee, labor and so on. But, it he did the right job honestly.

All I can say here, to my Saturn, he proved to me that he is really good on it. I will recommended their service to you especially you have a Saturn.
