Enterprise at SLC reminded me why we went back to them after a thoroughly frustrating situation with the salesman at the Hertz counter to their right.
The representative at Enterprise was great and gave us prompt service without trying to up sell everything under the sun like his counterpart at Hertz. Enterprise listens to the customer and we were in our vehicle of choice fifteen minutes later. The return was prompt, courteous. Thank you Elizabeth! :)
We will stick with Enterprise on our next adventure!

I've rented cars from Enterprise in Salt Lake City about a dozen times. Each time they were courteous, professional and prompt. The one time we had to wait 40 minutes for a car, they eliminated the gas charges for us without asking for anything special. I will continue rent from them as I have never been disappointed. Great job guys.

The Enterprise representative, Adam Gunn, was most helpful. The car we reserved was not working properly so he got authorization to upgrade us to a better car. He went out of his way to make suggestions for restaurants and was extremely helpful.

I rented a car for three days from Enterprise at the Salt Lake City Airport this past week. The car I had reserved was not available, so they upgraded me at no additional expense. Additionally, the rental price was approximately half of what the other car rental companies were asking. And they do not hassle you about small dings or scratches like virtually all other rental companies do.

I rented a vehicle for a week. The car I originally reserved was too small for the 4 of us and our luggage. The young men who worked there were very kind and understanding. They upgraded us without an extra charge to a mini-van that was perfect. The vehicle was in excellent shape and provided all 4 of us with safe and comfortable transportation. Enterprise will be my first choice from now on.

Have been renting cars from Enterprise for many years, and have ALWAYS received excellent service. Our experience in SLC was no exception. The rep's were knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and there was no pressure to include "add-on" expenses. They also gave us an upgraded vehicle, which I fell in love with. The car got good mileage and handled the mountains in WY. with ease. Thanks Enterprise for your services.

Car was in good condition, but had a lot of miles on it. Rented in Utah, but car had CA plates. First tank of gas got terrible mileage, but after I filled it, it got much better mileage. My guess is that 85 octane was used, and CA cars need higher because of catalytic converters.
Service personnel were very friendly.

The rental in salt lake international is directly across the street from baggage claim. Quick check in. Walked out their back door to garage vehicles. The pretty agent with the low cut sun dress gave me a free upgrade to a ford focus. In minutes I was on my way.

when I returned I drove into the well marked garages. Unloaded my luggage and the agent was right there with my receipt. A quick walk across the street and I was checking into my flight. Overall a very good , efficient experience. I always rent from enterprise. Never had a bad experience.

I flew in for a funeral and was stressed. The representatives were fast, efficient and very kind. I will use Enterprise in SLC again for sure.

After flying all day I enjoyed that it was a quick process, both to pick up the car and returning it.

Enterprise has excellent customer service at every location I have rented from and this location is no different, they treated me with respect and assistance all through the process. I continue to rent from them whenever possible because of there service and people.

Easy and quick check in process. I got upgraded to a bigger car without any additional fees, just because the car was available. That's great customer service.

Check-in was a breeze and there was no lengthy discussion to sell extras. They also provided a free upgrade. Car was very clean. Return was very quick and agent very friendly- less than 2 minutes later had receipt. Very helpful when I had to come back a few minutes later to retrieve a backpack left in the car.

This place was awesome the last time we went through a different agency and they tried to pop a bunch of different fees on us and it ended up costing a lot of money. But Enterprise was amazing they upgraded us to a 2016 Jeep Renegade and the staff was friendly and quick. I will always use them anywhere I go.

The staff was very professional, very though, courteous, and detailed in getting me checked in and behind the wheel. The vehicle was better than expected and very comfortable. On returning the vehicle, I called ahead to say that id be an hour late. It was no problem and the staff had me checked in before my luggage was out of the car. If only Certain airlines were on the level of enterprise, my trip would have been perfect.

Best rental agency I have ever used. Insanely quick return. Very caring agents both on pick up and drop off.

Not too bad of fees for an underage driver! Many places were WAY more expensive, being that I'm not yet 25. Very affordable overall.
