The estimator that came out was very professional and knew what he was talking about. I felt very safe with having my tree work done by Diamond, my trees were in good hands! They kept me up to date during the scheduling process and I even got the day that I requested. The crew arrived on the day did the work to my expectations and cleaned my yard better than it was when they arrived. The only thing I may have to say is that they were quite busy, almost a month out from when I got my bid done, I guess now I see that's because of the great work that they do! We will definitely be using them in the future!

Diamond Tree Experts, walked off the job. I have a tree I needed removed from my yard and requested an estimate; they came out and bid the job ($2000). A month later they called me back and said they would give me $500 off because they were looking for work. I contracted with them at that point and set up an appointment to get my tree removed in a month. The day they came to do the work, I meet with them and discussed the tree. I then had to leave for work. 2 hours later when I came back, they were gone all the equipment was gone and they had walked off the job without even touching the tree. I did not even receive a phone call explaining what was going on. When I called their company I was put on hold for 10min. I was then told the estimate would call me back and explain. The next day I called again and was finally given the estimators cell number still had not received any explanation on why they walked off the job. 4 days after they had told me they would take down my tree, I got the call telling me they were increasing the price to $3000 but because they felt bad would take off $500 again. Needless to say this was $1000 more then they bid the job the first time. Do not use this company!!!! Diamond Tree Experts is a very dishonest company, and a waste of time and energy. Needless to say we went with a different company that kept their word and came and did the work the day they said they would.

after calling for a bid, their estimator finally showed up 3 weeks later. I already had another service ready to do the work, but thier sales guy smooshed me, explaining the inadaquit work other companys do. He said they would be there to do the work in three to four days. after calling a week later they had promised to be there the next day. the next day came, and i had taken a day off work and guess what, no show. this went on for two more weeks. The receptionist actually yelled at me when I explained how unprofessional this was. When they finally showed up, they cut down the wrong treeand knocked the rain gutter clean off my house. Unbelievable!!! No apologies, no discount, no nothing. they made me feel like a criminal. shame on diamond tree unexperts.

They made our emergency less stressful because of their prompt action and service. The clean up and removal of not one but two extremely tall trees, was done wonderfully. The cost so minimal for such a large job. We will recommend them to everyone we know, who need ANY tree service. Again thanks!

Came to our house when they promised and removed 4 trees quickly in a very professional manner for less than their competitors said they would.

This company has destroyed my backyard and now saying they arent going to deliver a load of dirt to fix the ruts their rig made. Because it was my fault for saying it was ok to drive on my lawn with their rig. Even though I had to go inside and make sure my dog was ok while they set everything up. I Come back outside and their rig is stuck up to the front axle on my grass. If they didnt think they were at fault they wouldnt have tried to fix it by coming out to stick mulch in the ruts to call it good they would have told me they were not going to fix anything. This has been the worst business ethics I have seen in a company of all times. Dont trust, they wont fix correctly what they destroy. And then when I request actual dirt instead of mulch it is my fault and they wont fix anything.

All I wanted was a bid...they wanted names, addresses, phone numbers, billing address. Felt very uncomfortable.
