My pool cover was not working. The gentleman helped me get it open over the phone and then scheduled to come make the necessary repairs. Thanks for taking the time on the phone to help. Repairs are done now and its back to working like normal.

I had to replace my pool cover, this is the only cover company around so i had to go threw them. They rescheduled twice while my pool was not covered and had two little girls wanting to play out back, but couldn't because there was no cover on the pool. Once they came to put the new cover on, it was installed wrong, i tried telling them that it was rolling up incorrectly and would just come off the tracks and possibly do more damage. They said it needed more slack and that it would be fine. Well 4 weeks later my cover is hanging into my pool off the tracks and stuck. I cant close or open my pool. And they won't be here to fix their mistake for another week. If i were you i would not go threw this company.

I am so tired of being put off. I have tried getting a hold of you guys and nobody wants to come and take a look at my system. It is loud and i cant get it to close right. Looks like i will be buying a new cover and system elsewhere. thanks for nothing!!!!!!!!!

I would not own a pool without a Cover-Pool
