go somewhere else, these guys are lame, they could care less too

I feel like I am getting taken for a ride; they keep tellling me this is going to happen or we are going to take care of that and NO RESULTS. 7 weeks and I am still waiting, and they have attitude about the whole thing like I should expect that

We had this business perform service for our spa, they couldn't figure out what was wrong, said it needed rebuilding to assure it would be taken care of, we did that, still did not work! 4 service calls later and 7 weeks out of service and the owners response is "sue me".
