We were in the market for our daughter's first car. They were very professional, the people were very helpful, we ended up with a really nice car for a fair price. It was a very clean office, much better then the other dealers I had been to in this price range.

I bought a car from Cars Done Well yesterday (10/6/2015). The experience was all-around positive. They weren't pushy, and they took the time to help me learn about the car to make sure buying it was the right decision. I'd shop there again.

Update 11/21/2015:
The next time I drove the car after driving it home from the dealer and parking it, there was a huge leak puddle underneath it on the concrete.
When I looked at the car, I asked the dealer if there were any leaks. The dealer told me that they had not noticed any leaks. I didn't see anything when looking under the car while at the dealership, either.
Not only are there leaks, but this car has SEVERE leaks. This leads me to believe that the dealer intentionally deceived me. If it was a tiny leak, I could understand them missing it. But the dealer said they had brought the car up-to-date on maintenance, so there is no way they could have missed a leak as severe as the one this car has, even if they only had it in their inventory for a short period of time.
I would have been fine with a small leak, but this leak is so severe that it could literally destroy my car if I don't check and fill the fluids frequently. I'm trying to determine whether it is a tranny or engine oil leak, but it looks like both.

Update 12/4/2015
In reply to Cars Done Well

I contacted Cars Done Well after buying the car (I don't remember the exact date, but I think it was soon after buying the car) via the "email us" form on this page: http://local.ksl.com/listings/cars-done-well/179357
I never received a response to that contact, which is why I wrote that negative review. Then, I found the number my wife used to contact them in the first place. They did respond to that text. I appreciate that.
In the weeks between my first attempted email and the next time I attempted to contact them, I stop-gap measured by having an oil change place top-off my fluids regularly so the car would not be destroyed.
I looked under the car at the dealership, this is true. I couldn't see puddles. That doesn't mean the car didn't have a leak. That's why I also looked the dealer in the eye and asked about leaks.

The odds aren't great that a car not having a leak for 20 years will suddenly developing an intense oil, transmission, and coolant leak on a drive home from the dealership.

If Cars Done Well will fix the problem, I will not complain. This, like most issues, is hopefully only a communication problem. Questions: Is the email form on KSL active and maintained? If so, why did I not get a response? If not, that page should be updated or removed.

I will give the benefit of the doubt to Cars Done Well. If they'll fix it, I'll retract my negative review and leave glowing praise. I last contacted them on 11/30 and told them that the oil change place said the problems were a transmission oil leak via output seal, engine oil drain pan gasket, possible bearing seal, and a bad transmission cooler line. I also asked them if I could bring it in on Saturday, but I haven't heard back yet.

I would have been fine with a very slight oil leak on a 20 year old vehicle. I told the dealer that very thing during the sale. But when I looked them in the eye and asked about leaks, they told me no leaks. But it does leak. Not a small leak. An intense leak. That's all. I'd be happy to work this out politely and professionally. As my original review suggests, I was very impressed with this dealer when I was there.

Josh, Like you said you looked under the car at the dealership, you did not see anything leaking, ether, so there was no leak when it was sold to ether of our knowledge. If the car developed a leak later, especially the next day, We would definitely look at the car, and at least let you know the cause. The thing that I do not understand is that No Call or visit to the dealership was made to make us aware of the situation. There is No way we can fix or help you with the issue if we do not know about it. Most of the time a leak like what you are referring to has to do with a hose that pops off or developing a hole or something of that nature, typically easy and cheap repair. The problem is we have no way of knowing what happened or helping you even fix the car without you bringing the car over to us. Now to clarify, the car that you bought was 20 years old, a 1995, even though the car had low miles, and was serviced, there still is a chance that it can have a problem develop after the car is sold, even the next day. Also it seems very odd to me that you would go almost 2 months driving a car that had severe leaks that could destroy the car, that you would not make a effort to get the car fixed. If the car Really did have a oil leak that bad the next day, why would you spend the time the next day to write a good review and not mention the issue with the oil leak for almost 2 months. We received a text on 11-21 almost 2 months after you bought the car stating that there was a leak. to which we responded for you to bring the car in and we would take a look at it and see what we can do to help you get it fixed, that was more then a week ago and you never responded. At this point Josh we feel we did all we can do to help you get the issue resolved on our part, but if you make no effort to help us resolve it we can not do anything else to help you. I know that even though you bought a car for 1,200 that you want it to be a good car that will last, and we want it to be a good car for you as well, but if you do want the car to last, letting a severe leak go almost 2 months without making an effort to get this severe leak repaired does not make any sense especially when we offered a no cost solution to you. This car was sold As Is no Warranty, We offered you a no cost solution on a 1,200 car even though we did not have to do anything, and you did not even return the text, call, or make any effort of any kind on your part for as of this date. 12/11/2015 Josh, Again we are trying to help you out with the issue, Our shop is closed Saturdays. As we explained before CALL and make an appointment to get the car looked at. We can't Keep going back and forth on that, so as I told you on the 4th Call in make an appointment, you have until 12-14-2015 to set up an appointment to get the car fixed after that we will assume the issue is not worth your reasonable effort and void out any free help we were willing to do. As for an email you sent to a website that was not ours, We don't consider us missing a email to someone else's site reasonable effort. Especially when you had the address phone number and mailing address of our dealership right there on your sales contract. Reasonable effort would be a phone call ,letter, or visit to the dealership. I think most people would agree leaving a email on a totally separate site, like leaving a note on someones neighbors door and expecting them to get the note. It's a lot easier to just call the person you want to talk to in the first place.

I bought a car from them Last week, I had been looking for a car in the 2000-3000 price range for about 2 months! This car was far and above the best one that I had seen, and I probably looked at 50+ cars looking for my new one. They are honest in there ads and they are upfront on what they know on the car. I would defiantly go there again, actually I already sent 2 other people to go buy cars there. thanks again!

I bought a 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee with less mileage for less than I had seen in other places. I wasn't pressured to purchase. The purchase was pleasant and easy.

The awesome part is that the service didn't stop there. I had some troubles with the Check Engine Light coming on and rough mileage. The store has a mechanic on site. I am normally terrified to take my car to mechanics, but this time was great. They checked my car and give me easy, cheap, fix-it-myself solutions (I have no idea about cars) which resolved the problems I was having an improved my gas mileage significantly.

I would definitely do business with them again!

They spent time to make sure I got the right car for me and I liked that it was checked by a mechanic before I got there. Also nice that they did the plates for me saved me a trip to the dmv.
