If you are looking for the creepy mid-life guy who is ALWAYS around, likes peering at you from around the corner, and wants to "just be friends," well then maybe Camelot is the place for you.

Camelot (Arthur Morais) will offer you reasonable rates compared to other locations throughout SLC and the valley, but be warned that you will pay the price of doing business with a complete whack job. I don't take to saying things like this lightly. There might be a few screws loose.

The contract you sign looks like it was printed from a free, sketchy online legal service, and is intended solely to protect Mr. Morais, providing no service guarantees. This may not seem like much to begin with, but when the Wi-Fi doesn't work and the facilities (plumbing, kitchen) also don't work as advertised, you may find yourself feeling a bit ripped off.

Oh, and he doesn't provide receipts, but he prefers cash payments. ?????

I'm out there looking for a bargain as much as the next person, but there is a limit to what I am willing to put up with in order to get that bargain. Mr. Morais crosses the line, does not provide what he advertises, and is just downright uncomfortable as a human being.

And on a side note, (this may or may not be important to you) Mr. Morais holds his tenants to his religious-Mormon standards. In other words, say goodbye to your glass of wine with dinner. Weird.
