This Big O is great, I have taken my car and truck there several times for several different issues. They are always happy to see me even when they are super busy. I love the fact that they are completly honest and upfront. If you don't need something fixed they will tell you. This is the first mechanic I have been to that told me if I think something is wrong, bring it by and don't ignore the issue. I will keep bringing my cars to them in the future. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, they never make you feel dumb if you are not exactly sure what the problem is.

Now I know why my brother-in-law referred me to this store. It's different than other tire stores--even other Big-Os that I've been to. They're the fastest store I've been in and by far the cheapest price. They even had cheaper prices than a different Big-O I checked on. I guess the main thing that really impressed me was how fast they were. I got 4 tires on my Rav4 and I bet I was in there for about 15-20 minutes. They had a lot of employees and it reminded me of a pit crew working on my car--really cool! I called my brother-in-law after and he said that they're like the #1 store in Utah or in the country. Now I can see why and I'll definitely be back.
