Big O tires purchased at a different Big O with full tire and tire repair warranty but when we ran over a nail they were to busy to fix it and told us to go somewhere else Also their open times are not the same as on this directory

Use Caution!!!! I took a vechicle in for electrical repairs. I was told Alternator and Battery were bad. I was qouted a repair job for approx $500. I did the job myself, it turned out nothing was wrong with battery This store marks up the prices of parts and replaces unnecessary items. I did the job at home for $145. I contacted the manager (Chris) and voiced my concerns for which I was given platitudes. I will never go back!

The people who helped me decide on tires for my SUV were very helpful. I was able to get a set that made sense for my driving and my budget.They were extremely friendly and reasonable. They even shuttled me back and forth from home, so I would not be inconvenienced! It is a great neighborhood business.
