I love Big Daddy's! I have only ever been to the Kearns location and have always had a great experience there and friendly cashiers who are always referring good pizzas when asked and always offering good deals!

I usually enjoy big daddys pizza. But I will NEVER step foot in their kearns location again. Their general manager is an idiot and has no idea how to do her job. I doubt she is even qualified. I came in and waited at the counter for over 5 mintues before she bothered to get up from her lunch and help me. Another occasion she was texting!! "excuse me miss" and she tells me to hold on! Worst customer service I've ever received. That woman has no business being a manager. Some of those teenage employees I guarantee could do a better job than her. Except the one who is always on the computer when I walk in. I doubt he's actually working.
Next time i want big daddys, I will make the drive to west valley. Because their manager Amy is an incompetent manager who runs the most unprofessional place I've ever seen.
