I rented this unit for 3 years because I had to live abroad. When I was ready to move out, it was only 3 days into the new/next month. I asked Bestway if they could prorate the 3 days and help me out. They said NO, it was NOT company policy. I would have to pay for the whole month (which had increased in the amount, the 3rd increase in 3 years) even tho I only needed 3 x-tra days. Also, be aware that the unit I was in did not stop the dust and dirt from coming into the unit. It was a filthy mess!! I don't think the Manager understands how to give good customer service!!
