DO NOT BUY TICKETS THROUGH THIS COMPANY!!! I purchased tickets to an even that was cancelled last fall. On the tickets it notes a refund policy for cancelled events if the tickets are kept. I've contacted Action Tickets several times, through both email and phone, and have yet to receive ANY response.

Purchased Tickets to a Concert in SLC Utah through Action Tickets Utah. They had tickets posted for 89.00 that were in section 2 row 28. They noted online that, "Ticket notes: First row in this section. I thought how can row 28 be the first row? I called, and the individual that I spoke with indicated tha she believed the first 27 rows are the floor seats and that this was the first row at the back off the floor. As my goal was to be as close to floor as possible, I made the mistake of ordering through Action rather than going through the safe bet " ______tix" and purchasing tickets in section 6 row 7 for 95.00. I could have purchased many tickets in the vicinity of row 28 from "____tix" for far less than what I paid through Action. When we arrived, to my dismay, we were one row off the back of the section! When I called the number that Action says to call if you have any problems with your tickets, I spoke to a very rude man that said essentially, you are the stupid one for thinking row 28 was the front row. He didn't want to hear my explanation. Let me also mention that when I received the tickets from Action Tickets Utah, posted on the invoice under notes it also indicated..."ticket notes: First row in this section" Silly me to believe both the person I spoke with on the phone, and the notes printed on the invoice. I called to speak with Mike the manager, he was nothing but rude, condescending and offended that I would even indicate that what they did was very misleading. He said it was a mistake, but wasn't very willing to rectify the problem since I was dumb enough to believe it, among other insults he directed at me. I would ask those that are purchasing tickets through Action Tickets Utah educate yourself about this company. My initial purchase of the tickets was through tickets-center.com, the site that I found the tickets on, not realizing that they were only the distributor of the tickets, not the supplier, thus I did not check out any reviews of Action. As Action has many negative reviews online, I would not have done business with them.
