James and Ken at ACME are the best HVAC contractors in Utah, period! We have had nothing but issues with our HVAC system in our new home. It seems that the LARGE HVAC company that installed it, did so incorrectly and so they replaced the 5 ton unit last year, and the 3 ton unit went out this year. We called the large HVAC company every day and were told we would get a call back. This never happened. Finally, I called a friend that I knew was an HVAC tech and he told me to call James. Within an hour of speaking with James (about 5pm on a Friday) we were greeted at the door by one of ACME's techs named Ken. Ken was professional, fast, and very efficient. The thing that impressed me most about Ken was that he was very meticulous and told me that his goal was to make us comfortable in our home and to recieve honest service at a fair price. Not only is our HVAC running better than when it was new, but we have been sleeping great! Thanks James and Ken, you have our family as your customers for life.
