As a former employee (5+years) I can confirm the nonsense that goes on at AAA Alarm. It's a complete joke and huge waste of an investment as a customer or employee. When someone at AAA says they're going to do something you can pretty much guarantee it went in one ear and out the other. They like to gossip and find fault about their customers, employees, or pretty much anything and everything at the office. They treat everyone like crap. Everything is about money and constantly look for ways to cut corners for an extra dollar. It's a joke they call themselves an alarm company, these guys don't respond to anything unless they are threatened. They won't even give you the time of day.
