Bought a used windshield there over priced already at over $100. It was dirty but never thought they'd sell me a pretty trashed used windshield for that much. It had several rock chips and the way it was removed chipped the edges of the glass, making it prone to spread with a large crack. The professional putting it in for me kept shaking his head in unbelief they would sell me a windshield as crappy as this one. I called to get a refund and they were VERY rude. I would not do business with them again and advice others to go elsewhere. They are connected with Craptree in Ogden.

somebody should at least answer the phone until you close.

They are my first and last place I go to get my parts they almost always have the part I need and when they dont they order it in . there prices are always below the rest Im impressed with the whole exerince I recieve there. I hight recomend this place

I didn't know the name of the part i was needing, but they were able to determine which part i needed by the description and got back to me on whether or not they had it very quickly!

I talked to a guy over the phone. We hardly talked at all. I just had a question for him and he was very rude. I purchased a transmission and lost the paperwork and I asked if there was a way to get a copy of the paperwork. That was the only question. I don't know what set him off! Geeze! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Helpful but tends to be a little condescending when talking to women

Compared to the other recyclers I've been to A1 was clean and the service was excelent I am definatly going back for all my auto parts.
