Guillermo Molina Reyes grew up in a small town in Mexico and had a passion for hard work— even as a small child. When he was 16, he left home and moved to the United States, where he found work at a roofing company and quickly rose through the ranks to become a foreman. After 20 years of working for another roofing company, Guillermo decided to take the leap and start G and Bros Roofing in 2012 with his three brothers (Jose Alfredo, Agraciano, and Jose Hernandez). From a small town in Mexico to living the American dream, the G and Bros Roofing story shows that anything is possible with hard work and determination.
