Purchased my home 1yr. ago..advertised with new roof. Found what appeared to be leak in the attached shed. Stan sent his crew out IMMEDIATELY...they went above and beyond trying to find the source(ie:replacing the tie in and reshinlgling).. After much care it appears to be a condensation issue. They did everything in their power to make sure it was NOT a roofing issue. They were very polite and courteous...took pictures of each step that they did. Even gave me recommendations on how to have it insulated, as motto encounter thesameproblem long term. I highly recommend this company and the workers..but more so the owner Stan..who stands behind his work. Happy in Belleville Mi.

Diversified Roofing did a wonderful job on my roof. They came in and finished the job in one day. After shopping around for months it always came back to them. There price was similar to the other companies. Diversified was the only company I felt comfortable with, the others were very pushy and I felt they were trying to sell me something I didn't need. I was very nervous about signing a contract obligating myself to spend so much money. From beginning to end they were very professional .

Diversified Roofing was a plea...

Diversified Roofing was a pleasure to work with! They are very professional and their pricing is extremely reasonable compared to other roofing companies. The crew showed up on-time (which is a rarity these days), they completed the work in one day, and they did a tremendous job of cleaning up after they were finished. The owner, Stan, and his office manager, Tina, are honest and are people with integrity. My experience with them was extremely positive so I highly recommend them!

Beware of using

I made the mistake of getting my roof done through Diversified Roofing. They made multiple errors

in doing the roof. Some of these areas where they did an improper job have not become problems

yet, but several have. The roof started leaking the following year and had been since causing interior

damages. While they give a 10 year warrantee, they will not fix the roof. I have had multiple quality

roofers out to look at the roof who have identified what the problems are, yet they will not take responsibility

to fix it. They have even gone so far as to say that "they don't know that its leaking" despite the interior

leak damages. Know that having a warrantee doesn't protect you. I've been told that it can cost

me over 3 thousand to take them to court to try to enforce the warantee, and even then, you are stuck

with a company that obviously doesn't really understand how to do the job correctly. Save yourself

some trouble and use another company.

We as a company work very hard to insure that all of our customers are satisfied with the work that we perform. The person who has filed this complaint has been attacking our company for more then five years. When the original bid and contract was prepared there was certain work that was recommended. The customer chose not to have that work performed. When the customer first began to complain we performed numerous repairs at no cost to her, even though the repairs were not related to the roof which had been installed. It was after we performed these repairs that we learned that the customer had someone else come up and do work on the roof which was completely unnecessary but which we had made repairs.Clearly, the work done by someone else is outside our warranty. We have offered to settle with this customer in an effort to predicate her unending demands. She has refused our reasonable offer and continues to attack in hopes of obtaining some undeserved gain. It is our belief that no matter what we do the customer will never be satisfied. That is why after attempting to appease this customer with no results we have turned the matter over to our attorney. We are well aware of this customer becouse she is the only person that we have performed work but can not have the matter resolved.
