INCOMPETENCE!! I went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation on my 4Runner. My car got in right away, I wasn't behind several customers. Somehow I was still there for 75-85 minutes. They told me they couldn't check my battery because of some gunk on it..ok, not too big of a deal...but then it just went on from there. They couldn't lift my 4Runner because it was too heavy. Its a midsize SUV, not as heavy as most trucks. Nothing was in it. This didn't make sense to me. They also couldn't figure out how to change my oil filter so they left the dirty one on but later I saw that they had charged me for a new one. I usually go to Shelly's Auto in Spanish Fork and have had no problems there at all. I was just in a hurry so I went to Jiffy Lube because its close and supposedly fast. But I left after spending $30 more and spending 3x the amount of time. I won't go there again.
