Worst experience ever. I ordered a frig, range, and microwave. They were suppose to call me when they came in (9 days later). I had to call them. Since the frig did not come in they were going to make me wait another 3 weeks to get my other items. Canceled the frig and still had to wait another week for delivery. Got a call that morning, the black range turned out to be white, but they did deliver the microwave. They said they would have the range in a week. I agreed to wait. Called them and left message for Aaron (he was on the phone). Waited 4 hours and called back. Aaron said he would call me back in a few seconds. 2 hours later I called, right before closing and got a recording. I will cancel the range. Service is terrible. I will never go there again. 1-14-17 addition. Finally got ahold of Aaron (I had to call him) and told him I wanted to cancel the order since they missed 2 delivery appointments. He advised me there would be a 50% restocking fee. ??? How can there be a restocking fee when I never got the item. He told me it was a special order. I advised him I was never informed of that before, neither by the salesman, or by him when I spoke to him the week before. The owner was out of town so could not speak to him. The item is supposedly at their warehouse in Seattle and they can not make it down because of the snow. So, it is still in their warehouse so why do I have to pay a restocking fee ?? Store policy. I have talked to both BBB and consumer advocate office of attorney general of Salem. Both offices will be checking into the matter.

The worst appliances repair store that I have ever encountered.
I called Moles Appliances to replace my dryer machine’s door switch and I provided them model and serial#, a job of about $40 for part and $60 for labor, a half an hour job. Instead, the repair man showed up with no part in hand and stated that "I have to take the stack-up washer/dryer to the shop and the whole wiring system of the dryer should be changed, because the switch is no longer available.” About two weeks later he called and said:” it would cost $230 for part and $135 for labor. However, it is better to get one of our used similar units with 90 days warranty for $600."
I realized that he is not being honest with me, so I refused his offer.
I bought the part from the internet for $25 and replaced it with no hassle.
However, later on I received the bill for $60 diagnostic fee, which I didn't asked for, I asked for replacing the door switch, which was obvious to anyone that was broken, even Ray Charles could see it that was broken.
I talked to the owner, Nigel Guisinger, who is operating under different business names; he ruthlessly claimed that "regardless of the nature of the call, we charge."
These people thought that they can fool me by their traps for the purpose of charging $365 for UN-necessary work, or $600 for another used unit of theirs, instead of simply replacing the door switch. Most likely, it's not their first time and they have done it before to unaware innocent customers.

BE AWARE of their manipulative operation!

The appliance repairmen that Mole's Appliances sends out are top-of-the-line, Starship Enterprise Engineering level quality. I would recommend them in a New York Minute. Dwayne, who looks an awful lot like Bill Nye the Science Guy, came and diagnosed and fixed the problem with my refrigerator ice maker in a flash beyond time. I appreciate this beyond words. Trust these people. If you need your ice maker repaired, you can't go wrong,

Reasonable

I had my refrigerator repaired recently and was not given an invoice after the work was finished. I called to discuss the charges and request an invoice be mailed to me. The person on the phone was very reasonable and corrected assume charges that were previously quoted to me without hesitation. Easy to work with

These folks serviced and repaired my Frig, it runs like new. I stopped by their showroom and bought my daughter a pre-owned washer and dryer set that was barely used and saved a ton of money. Best deal in town!
