Got My Girl a Promise ring. Black opal. Very classy. Its her birth stone. When I showed her she cried. I got an amazing price and feel like they where very honest and upfront about everything. I recommend them to my friends and family. Good family business. I love supporting local businesses, and they didn't disappoint.

Amazing custom Pieces & Timely Repairs! I had a great time. My sister had a custom Necklace made & it was perfect. they cleaned our rings for free and they even tightened one of my stones that was loose as I waited!

They have great prices and complete repairs quickly, since it's all done in house it makes sense that things can be done same day or next. I trust them because they do all their work in the store and nothing leaves.

Everything was above my expectation. I went in knowing nothing and I feel like I left with a smile on my face and knowledge in my head. Great customer service.

I had a great time, my mom and dad let me pick out a ring for my birthday and ever since i was little I was told on my 20th birthday I could get a ring. But we went to many stores I saw nothing that fit the picture in my mind, we found Alan though and he does custom work! I liked a ring style he had but it had a diamond in it and I had my heart set on sapphire but because HE is a gemologist and did a goldsmith he was able to get a sapphire and set it in the ring I fell in love with. It only took week he sized it to my size and I can have it cleaned and checked ANY TIME FOR FREE!! Best birthday ever!

I purchased a ring from Alan years ago and it had no certification then went in recently and he Bagan to educate us on certification if we got a diamond elsewhere. We went to Kassabs and for the same quality of diamond yet bigger in size was 1,300 dollars cheaper. Also, the first setting we received was damaged then he charged us to have it re done, then when the final product came back it did not have the same elegant stamp the original one had. I can't believe a family I've known from grade school would burn me like this. We went to 5 different shops and compared prices, service and if you want to know all the things other shops keep quiet about go to Kassabs!No one and I mean no one can beat the size, quality and price of their diamonds! Kassabs also price matched, which equated to 225.00 off from the exact same setting Alan has. Vernons= buyer beware.

We had an incredible experience with Vernon Jewelers. We purchased a custom made engagement ring and it turned out PERFECT! Alan was very knowledgable, helpful, and did everything we asked for. And the price was amazing! We shopped everywhere between Salem and Portland and Vernon Jewelers had the best price by a landslide! Make sure to stop by when looking for engagement rings or other jewelry, we are so glad we did!

Exclusive rings GAI, Steven Kruchmir etc. Alan the owner is GIA certified which is nice when doing insurance appraisals.
