I loved the way the staff was honest and upfront about pricing and options. The staff was professional and friendly and gave us a great experience. The selection and the prices were the best we have seen.

they really are the go to place in salem for dresses! they have been in downtown forever and have a huge store.

I purchased my dress from the Bridal Gallery at the Oregon Bridal Show almost a year before my wedding. They carried the same discount on veils that they offered the day of the show to the veil I purchased because I couldn't find one that I liked in their selection at the show. I also purchased all of the attendant's dresses from here, because of the excellent service that I received from Angie and the crew. I came in twice before my fittings, to show bridesmaids (while we were also looking for their dresses), and one other time to show my grandmother. While they didn't stick by my side during these two visits, I had not scheduled this time with them, and I didn't expect them to take time away from the scheduled customers. When I did come in for fittings, the tailor was incredibly professional, timely and supportive. We had a consultant with us the whole time, to help me put the dress on and take it off and offer their advice. They worked with my on a pick up date, and steamed and cleaned my dress and veil. I never had to wait more than 5 minutes to receive the service that I came in for. I have recommended this business to my other engaged friends, and will continue to do so!

This company is so shady. They try to rip off brides who come in. They actually pride themselves on getting a bride to go over her budget to buy a dress. They don't care at all about brides; they only care about profit. They also speak negative, nasty comments about other local bridal shops. I will never go in here again, and I will tell everyone I know how they try to rip people off.

My Daughter wants her wedding to be a cross between Lord of The Rings and Hippie. I told Angie her idea and she immediately knew of the perfect dress. We will definitely be using them. With alterations done in-house and everything under one roof it is hard to beat and the knowledgeable staff make our job that much easier!!

I believe they should give their customers all the same caring and helpfulness from start to finish. Not be super nice until you've purchased your non-refundable gown then stop returning phone calls and treating you like a pain every time you call or come in. I was only in there 4 times, once to look, once to show my mom the gown which is also when I purchased it, once for my final fitting and to pick it up.They should also make sure their brides dresses and jewelry are ready to be picked up when they arrive and that their alterations are done and done right.



My dress was a corset back and there were to be extra loops made so it would lace down further, not have a gap right above my behind, this was not done. There was also no bussle on my dress, that proved to be very inconvenient. Im still not quite sure why I was charged for it, it seems nothing was done.

i recommend this shop because i bought my dress "somewhere else" and was treated badly. when i called the bridal gallery for alterations they fit me in even though i didn't buy my dress there and i saw a great selection of bridesmaid gowns and ended buying my maids and my tuxes at this shop. the service is to die for.

When I was a bridesmaid in my brothers wedding I was very pleased with the Bridal Gallery. I never felt like a customer I always felt as a friend. What ever I needed they were there. The Bridal Gallery was very devoted to make sure that I had everything. When I get married I will return there to have another great experience with that great staff. I just want to say thank you all of you!!!
