I recently (barely a week ago) bought a new deck from car toys and had it installed (by car toy in salem). Worked fine for a couple days...then wouldn't turn on. 4 days in a row I stopped by car toys and got "we're backed up. Sorry can't help you today". $300+ spent and I couldn't even use it or get someone to even look at it. I told my story to someone and they suggested I go to stereo king in Salem. I stopped by and asked if they could look at it. Even though they were busy, Kevin pulled away and went outside to look at the deck. Quickly they pulled my car in to try and fix it. 5 minutes...the installer Rob came in and told me he had fixed it!...and continued to explain what was wrong. I decided to have them take it out and bought a deck from them. They gave me a great deal and had it done quickly!! Tom rang me up and continued to check in with me while I was waiting (even though they were busy) for the install to finish up. Very pleased with this place!!! NEVER going to car toys again!!!!! (Car toys even made it difficult to RETURN the deck that stereo king removed). I'll definitely come back to Stereo King!
