They were scheduled to arrive at 7:30 this morning to load a uhaul. They never showed. I called multiple times and they never returned the call. Tried calling their affiliate in Portland and it rolled back to their Salem number. Went to their listed address and no one in the building recognized their name. Total sham. Do not use this company. I'm filing a complaint with the department of transportation.

So. First of all, moving sucks. Moving on a 100 degree day is all the more sucky. HOWEVER... upon hearing that the weather was going to be extreme, and after finding out that my husband and dad would be alone in the move, I decided to hire help. BEST DECISION EVER! Shay and Austin arrived right on time. They moved our belongings with care and concern without one negative word despite the heat. They were professional, courteous and saved the day. I can't say thank you enough or recommend this company more highly. As for the price, incredibly reasonable. I'd call them again in a heartbeat! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Hands down best moving experience!

We originally used Portland's Family Movers a year ago and had a great experience and found out they serviced Salem and we happend to be moving there last week! As usual everything went off without a hitch. Great timing, professionalism, very affordable overall 10 STARS! We will always use this company for our moves! thank guys!
