TERRIBLE!!!!

i will never go back or refer a friend. They thought putting my dog down was a better option rather then running a blood test to see what was really wrong. After test results were brought back he was fine just an epileptic dog that needed medication.

Compassionate Staff

When we took our pet into the emergency clinic, we found all of the staff very helpful and compassionate. Our dog's doctor Dr. Zoe Titus was very knowledgeable and explained our options very thoroughly. Without her and all of the staff we would have lost our dog. Thank you to all the staff and especially Dr. Titus for all of your help and compassion.

Worst vet I've ever had

I took my dog in because he was in pain and I had no idea what was wrong. The technician was very nice, sympathetic and helpful. However, the veterinarian, Dr. Zoe Titus, who "examined" my dog was the worst I've had in the 12 years we've been together--and I've moved a lot and had a lot of different vets. She was very rough with him, causing him unnecessary pain, and had a very callous and disagreeable attitude. I ultimately ended up refusing a more in-depth exam after the basic exam was finished, because I didn't want her touching my dog again. I was shocked by the treatment I received from this doctor, especially considering she's working emergency hours, when the clients and their animal companions might be more stressed. I have already located a different emergency vet and I recommend to anyone living in the area who cares about the well-being of their animal companions to avoid this establishment as long as this veterinarian works there.

Unqualified personnel

Because of their unqualified personnel by pet died. They bag you for the $75.00 then tell you they don't know what to do and that they have no way of treating. Can't even do basics except "oh we could keep her over night in an oxygen tent" "but oh, it will cost between $200 and $300. Could have saved me some grief and probably have been able to get her to a vet that could treat her!

Excellent care

I took my cat here after a botched surgery at Woodburn Pet Hospital. They were open after hours and were most helpful.
