Three stars if someone other than Donna Firestone waits on me. Donna is condescending and full of false product knowledge so take this as a warning: don't believe what she tells you - do your own research. They would have to be giving things away before I would shop there again.

As a begining consumer I found myself in this store looking for some ideas of what my dream stereo system would sound like. My interaction with the staff there was strictly professional and they showed me what I needed to gather the ideas of the future pieces that I would be applying for as the approach to the competitions became closer. I must give them a recomendation as a place to go from me. As it was from a visit in 1993 thru 1995 I imagine there progress today will still show you the courtesy that I was given as well as the spectactular advice.

This is the only place I go and will ever go for my audio needs. Salem Sound Center has done a professional job on my car audio for over 2 years now and I can Honestly say that I cannot be happier. On top of that they make you fell like family the minute you step in the door. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and top of the line products. You really can't beat it.

I've been getting my car stereo/video equipment from Salem Sound for close to 10 years now. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They have the products I need at great prices. They are very knowledgeable and treat you like family. Their install work is always the highest quality. Thanks for the great service!

I have been coming to Salem Sound Center for years, the staff is amazing and very knowledgeable. Never pushy and a great help. It always feels like family when I come in and I will be a life time shopper of Salem Sound Center. If your in the Salem Oregon area and need anything home/car/RV/boat or anything audio or theater related you can think of do not bother going any place else. I can't say enough about them!

James thanks for doing a same day install. Way far better quality on subs and amp of what i woulda gotten from outrageous audio. The drive home was hard not to blast it but shes beginning bump even harder. Thanks for the great service and awesome deal you guys gave me. Profesionally installed and sounds hella good thanks for your help!

dear james, you helped out alot!! anyone in salem or anyone looking for great service, and great stuff go here they are better then the rest. i went to other shop and got hosed. dont buy anything from sterio king!!! they have crappy service, and they dont help out at all. thank you james and family at salem sound center your the best!!!!

Friendly staff, very helpful. Answered all my questions, and some i didn't know to ask. Showroom needs some work, but fits the small store atsmophere.
