I received a fence from this company, it was a very small job, only about 25 feet total. Within a year the fence was tilting over, my father had to reinforce. I called x2 to inquire if this was normal and received no calls back.My parents also had a 8k techdeck installed after about 5 years it started to buckle and bend, they had to pay another contractor to come out and reinforce the deck, only minimal supports were placed. Sad to say neither one of us will be recommending them. I thought that they were a good company.

Last fall we had a Trex type deck & pergola installed. I am so pleased with the job all the folks that helped us with this project did. When we were first considering this undertaking the designer listened to what we said and when we wanted minor changes made they were most helpful. The installers were great!!!! The attention to detail, care and professionalism was greatly appreciated and noticed by our neighbors and others. I cannot say enough about what a great experience this project was. Rick's will handle all these types of needs for us in the future!!

They rebuilt a 10' gate/fence, they built a 50' cedar fence and repaired my chain link gate, and last month they put a new polycarbonate cover on my patio. Troy and the rest of the guys that came out were great - professional, competent, and hard working. I would highly recommend Rick's for any project you may have.

We're very happy with Rick's Custom Fencing & Decking. We were in the process of refinancing our house when we were told our deck had to have a railing asap. Rick's made it happen and everyone was friendly and professional. We love our new hand rail and would highly recommend them!!

I am very happy with our new Ricks Fencing fence. It is just beautiful - - we couldnt ask for more. We were especially impressed by the tireless efforts of the two men who worked on this project - - they were incredibly professional and hardworking. We are passing on their name to anyone who asks about our fence - - an many have!

I would like to express my appreciation to Ricks Fencing for the nice job that they did installing our fence. They are hardworking and make every effort to understand their customer. They went out of their way to make sure that we were happy. All with no complaint or hesitation. I really cannot say enough about how pleased we were to have them put up the fence.

We are certainly pleased with our white vinyl picket fence. Besides enhancing the appearance of our property, it is exactly what we wanted. We appreciate Rick?s Fencing in making our selection and scheduling the installation. Their crew members did an excellent job with the installation and when they were finished, the area was spotless. We appreciate the professional and competent manner with which our entire project was handled.

Went to Rick's Custom Fencing and Decking. We used the office on Stark Street. What a disappointment. One rafter is half inch higher than adjoining rafters making a ridge. The railing is loose and wiggles and two of the boards werent cut square. Overall, very poor workmanship. It is 3 weeks old and we hate it. Cost way too much for this lousy of a job.
