High rates make it virtually impossible to keep heirlloms safe. ###Charges for paying one's bill are $10.00 if paid over the phone with a debit card.###It is nice to get a reminder call when bill is due.###Office staff is friendly and helpful, they use suggestive selling w/o getting pushy.###Clean, secure garage size, and seems secure.
