I have had very poor service everytime I call in to make an appointment and by the Doctors. They have rude tones to their voices and often call back with even more questions. I feel that they don't really listen to you in the first place and have more important things to be doing than talking to you on the phone. I went in today and was told that I would for sure get a call at the end of their business day for my results. That call never came. When the on call Dr. called, she was snappy and cold. I would highly recommend you find another practice than The Physicians Building Group.
