I am a 64 year old woman. I went into this establishment. This is the second time. Both times they tried to sell me synthetic expensive oil. This time while I went across the street to Safeway, two men pulled my Toyota Cabin air filter and stuck cigarette butts in it and draped a piece of a fern over the top and told me that for $49 they would change this filter (cost on Shopzilla is $18.10, free shipping) because at 30,000 mile it needs changing and it had all of this material plus rat and mice feces in this filter. I fell for this ruse at my 20, 000 mile oil change at Jiffy lube. I also know rat or mice feces when I see it. There was no feces on that filter. This old women has been around long to be treated with more respect. "Born Yesterday" is not tattooed under my bangs!
