I'm a truck driver thats paid by the load , so if I'm not moving I,m not making any money,simple as that! I have never been to a facility that has been so prompt to take care of me and getting me back on the road! I've had discussions with Tim,( one of the principal owners?)and he has shared with me that customer service is their stock in trade and I believe that. The philosphy he shared with me that this company believes in is to never to be the weakest player on his and his customers "Team" and I can see that to be true in the way i am treated every time I haul loads to this facility.if the way they handle business with delivery trucks is any indication as to how they take care of their customer base,anybody needing a pallet,box,or wooden what have you , that has opportunity to create a relationship with this company would be foolish to settle for anything or anybody else.
