Well I hope this is the right McDonald's that me and my sister stopped at last night.we can't remember she said it was on 10th street somewhere.any way just want to thank the manager and the person at the window.we had a gift card and we thought there was 25 00 on it still so we ordered. One 6 chicken tender meal.one 4chicken tenders no meal and. 2 orders of cinnamon bins.so we gave the lady are card and she ran it and said we still owed 16 .00 were like what.she said there was only 5.45 on the card. And we were so imbarresed and so hungry we didn't have enough money on the card and we had no cash.so these two special people gave us are meals for free.we want them to know how greatfull we are to them we don't know there names one was the manager and one was the window person taking out side orders.I think she said her name was Denise.any way we will be marketing another trip to Portland and we are going to stop at the McDonald we stopped at Ang give these two wonderfully ladies a very nice gift.they deserve it thanks again ladies your the best.sincerely. I had to make a quick change of venue for my sons birthday party. I contacted this McDonald's. Because my party was only going to have 4 kids the supervisor said to just pay for our food and bring our own cake and they would do the rest. We got there and found that they had not only set us up a party table in the play area, but, they had sent an employee to get balloons!! It turned out to be a wonderful experience for the kids and took so much stress off of me!! Thank you so much to everyone who went out of their way to help make my sons 7th birthday memorable!!!! Never going to this McDonald's again and will be spreading the word no heat in the play area on a 27 degree day NOT ok!! Get it fixed and stop being lazy. Been like that for three weeks. My party guest for my daughter birthday were so cold and you could see your breath. I am very disappointed that they did say anything over the phone when I called them. Poor costumer service. Poor management for not getting the heating fix right away.

I think this is a place that used to serve hamburgers and french fries back in the old days.
