I have purchased a few items from them over the course of the past 20 years - a washer, a dryer, and dishwasher. In two of the cases, they were able to deliver and install the same day! In the other case, it was the next day. All three items are Maytag, and I have had no issues at all with them. I have also managed to procure repair parts for items that I didn't buy from them - most notably, the heating element for our oven that failed the day before Thanksgiving! I got the part, and some installation advice - for a very fair price. Now, while I truly hope to not have to buy anything else from them, when my stove eventually (and inevitably) fails, they will be the people that I go to!!!

Amazing guys

I love this place. Every time I call and tell them what's wrong, they know the problem. They are very sweet and have amazing customer service. I will always go to them and I will recommend them to everyone!

I purchased a freezer several months ago. It failed. Waited all day for a repairman, never came, though after phone calls that left me feeling concerned/frustrated with owners attitude there where no guarantees of when or if a repairman would show up. NO statement about if they could even come the next day. Eventually owner called and was willing to come himself that evening. By then I had called another appliance repair service who was not only willing to come that evening.

The appliance repairman told me they had welded a mismatching older coil onto the freezer. He showed me the welds and the Freon leaking form these welds. Although it could be repaired it would be $300-400.



We bought a new one for $75 LESS than we paid for the POORLY, IMPROPERLY repaired USED freezer!!!

I felt the owner was nonprofessional when it came to handling the repairman situation. There were some other issues that were of concern to me but I will write those of to honest human error. I truly hate to complain, I far prefer to write positive reviews. I think this is the second negative reviews I have given in 10 years. I felt I just needed to speak up in this situation and tried hard to identify facts and feelings separately so each of you can make your own decision.

EXPENSIVE PLACE TO DO BUSSINESS

APPLIANCE'ES ARE OVERLY PRICE FOR WHAT YOU GET. SERVICE WAS RUDE AND DISAPPOINTING TO SAY THE LEASE. WENT IN TO GET ALL NEW APPLIANCES FOR REMODELED KITCHEN. WAS READY TO SPEND A GREAT DEAL, WANTED THE BEST. STORE WAS DIRTY, SHOW FLOOR EXTREMELY PACKED SO TIGHT HARD TO GET AROUND.SELECTIONS WERE A JOKE.SALESMAN DIDN'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT APPLIANCES!?? I CAN GET BETTER APPLIANCES AT A FLEA MARKET AND BETTER CUSTOMER TOO. THEIR REPAIR PRICES ARE OVER BLOWN AND WILL NEVER GO IN THERE AGAIN. OWNERS SHOULD PROVIDE CLASSES ON CUSTOMER SERVICE AND KNOWLEDGE OF PRODUCTS THEY SALE.
