These guy's are horrible!!! I am an older woman who recently had my oil changed there (2nd time-first time they cracked my windshield). On my way to Portland, my van began shaking violently. Had to have it towed to the dealership. Was later told that although I had an oil leak in the gasket where they put on the oil filter, they (according to the trained mechanic) had failed to put enough oil in my van, and therefore, I had run out of oil in a matter of weeks. The service tech said there was no way I should have lost that much oil due to leakage. After having it towed, and being without a vehicle for a week, all I asked them to do was to pay for another oil change....they refused, saying it was not their issue....I asked them if they had more knowledge than a mechanic, and all the manager would do was argue with me. Horrible business practices!! The mechanic said I was very lucky that the engine did not seize up on me...only because I was smart enough to pull off the road and have it towed! Please share so that no one else ever has to go through what I just did! What a nightmare!

Don't bully your customers into getting more services done when they are just there for an oil change. its rude and very unprofessional. Ask them if they would like to hear about any other offers, and if they say no leave them alone.
