New owner Gary loves what he does as much as we do. He is very helpful and is always trying something new and encouraging. More supplies than previously and able to get what you need.

More like Homebrew Hell!! The guy who works here is rude and arrogant. I will never go back. I've decided to try to make some wine out of the grapes on my property that we just bought. I went in there to get supplies to get started. He for some reason looked down on me because I didn't have any experiance and knowledge on the subject. I gave him several chances and tried to be kind even though he was clearly being rude to me before I told him nevermind I will just go somewhere where someone is happy to help me. He could have made a lot of money off me. This man clearly hates what he does and is not a nice person. I suggest if you have to go there know what you need and don't expect to have any sort of conversation at all because that guy is just going through the motions.

Doug knows his stuff! Very helpful when I started out years ago. Took a friend in to help him get started brewing and Doug was able to set him up with a system he could afford and would work in his apartment. He doesn't pressure anyone and is willing to discuss brewing and winemaking at any level.
