Provided by YPmobileThe worst car rental experience ever. I made a reservation weeks in advance only to receive a car in a smaller class because "that was all that was available". Not a big deal except that the car was filthy inside and out. I later exchanged it for a larger car that was just as filthy. Don't rent from them unless you want a filthy three year old car with 50,000 miles and rude customer service from the manager.
