BEWARE!! I have been contacted by FOUR other "Customers" asking to combine lawsuits. We gave him a $1600 deposit in April and continued to give excuses why he couldn't show up to start the job. Finally started the job in June, worked one day and told me he needed an additional $1200 for materials. I told him that wasn't going to work for us. He apologized for the delays and would bring us our refund check on June 22nd, June 27th, June 30th and July 1st. He finally admitted he didn't have the money to give us a refund. I have now had to file a complaint with the CCB and file in small claims court. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!

This is my opinion to which I'm entiled to. I made the unfortunate choice of this company and they not only did a terrible job, they don't stand behind their work. They informed me it was up to industry standards. I'd like to know whose industry standards they're using. Certaintly, not mine. They replaced my kitchen countertops/ sink. The sink isn't centered over the cabinet and it's it askew. Not only that it's chipped around the edge of the sink because they used the wrong equipment to cut out the sink hole. There isn't anything I can do to make it better but pay someone else to replace it all. Every single countertop is chipped from their unprofessional workmenship. They didn't even reattach the dishwasher to the countertop and it falls open. To which that has broken the tiles underneath the dishwasher (which they also poorly installed).

The best thing to do before hiring any company is check with the CCB. This company has had four complaints filed against them in the first five months of business. There is a list of things that your suppose to do to file a complaint against them. So anyone who has knows that it's a long process. And after paying money to file against them, they don't even bother to show up to arbitration. And you're left taking them to court. Which will be my next step. In my opinion their work is substandard at best and unproffessional. I just don't want to see anyone else recieve such unprofessional, poor quaility work.
