Dr. Paluska practices full-scope optometry with an emphasis on contact lenses. Raised in Salem, Dr. Paluska graduated from Oregon State University in 1988 with a Bachelor’s degree in General Science. He then attended Pacific University College of Optometry in Forest Grove where he received his Doctor of Optometry degree. Dr. Paluska has practiced at Eye Care since 1994.
