I went in several months ago with a hole in my tooth and damage to both of my front teeth. We set up appointments and they called me and said they failed to get my medical clearance so they had to cancel my forward going appointments. I was not notified about any of these appointments either the day before or the day of any of them, either.
So after some battles with my primary care physician, I was able to get medical clearance for my much needed dental care, unfortunately I had to literally call and dog them into doing this in real time, after months of fighting with them to do it. (They would say, "Yes we will do it right now and send you a confirmation Email." and then simply never do anything of the sort, otherwise.)
So finally I set up an appointment for Nov 21 and Dec 5 to get my teeth repaired, you can imagine my excitement. So en-route to my appointment today, I realized that I never got a confirmation call or email yesterday or today, so I called them to confirm my appointment and they tell me that not only did they go ahead and cancel ALL my appointments and remove them from the calendar, they moved me to a class of patient that is not even allowed to make appointments, and is walk-in only, because I missed 3 appointments, which is VERY insulting because they were the ones who called me and told me that the appointments were canceled due to a lack of my medical clearance, when apparently that was not true? Upon inquiry, I discovered that they established a third prior-appointment, without consulting me whatsoever for Nov 5.
(I asked what appointments were available in the beginning of November, they said absolutely nothing was open until the 21st at the earliest, but I could come in and hang around the office to see if anything opened up. That is not an appointment, it is not even a specific day.)
I would not suggest ever going here if you could possibly avoid it.

Update: 11/27/18
I received a letter from Arrow Dental today, unfortunately I don't know what that letter was supposed to say, because it actually contained confidential information about another patient instead. As if this isn't the icing on the cake, it proves that it is the staff of Arrow Dental who is making the mistakes with their patients.
I won't say who the letter is for or what is included, because apparently I have more professional courtesy than Arrow Dental.
I will be bringing the letter in and speaking with them in person as soon as possible.

I came in over a year ago with something like 10 cavities and a boatload of dental anxiety. A definite bummer is that almost none of the dentists can use nitrous oxide, but they were all extremely gentle and understanding with me, and it turns out I don't actually need it-- actually, my previous dentist had been numbing me wrong. They kept me informed about my choices, they were super nice about my weirdnesses, and there was no shaming or talking down about the state of my mouth. Now I'm all fixed up AND I'm doing a better job taking care of my teeth because they give good advice!
