un satisfactory waxing & customer service, I originally called for full leg & bikini wax, the rep making the appt & upon visit, both times stated I would need to discuss bikini services with the specialist. I arrived & discussed the bikini wax, but unfortunately did not get a bikini wax, seemed like the specialist was not that at all, she would not go below the front area or inner thighs. Whats the point of stating you do bikini waxing on the website if the specialist wont do them. I dont know about anybody else's bathing suits, but mine does not cover my inner thighs.
