Ordered a big block engine hardware kit, the plugs were clearly the wrong size so naturally I attempted to return them. I soon found out that they charge some BS 20% restocking fee even though their part was incorrect. Somehow their incorrect part was made out to seem as if it was my fault. I have never in my life dealt with such rude and inconsiderate people (Lisa and Mary), these 2 nags berated and talked down to me because I wanted to return the parts which were clearly not for a big block mopar. Long story short, dont use this company. They are a disgrace to the Mopar brand.
