We purchased a Whirlpool Clothes Washer from Dick's TV. When it was delivered, we were thoroughly instructed on its use as well as given a demo to ensure its proper operation. Just recently our GE refrigerator suddenly lost its ability to keep freezer and main compartment at the proper temps. On Sat AM Rick responded to our call and found the problem (faulty circuit board) after a thorough inspection. Rick explained the process and what happened to the board. We could not be more grateful to the quick response, professionalism and knowledge of the staff at Dick's. No more appliance purchases at the "big stores" for this family.

I purchased a Kitchenaide washing machine from Dick's with a 2 year warranty in June 2004. It was a very good machine until it started overflowing during the rinse cycle, water going under the hardwood floor and buckling it, water going into the force air system. Dick's tech came to see it and couldn't replicate the problem, he called Kitchenaide and they gave no good answer for the problem, just for us to "watch it"...6 weeks later, it happened again, Dick's again came to see it, again couldn't replicate the problem...they called Kitchenaide and NOW Kitchenaide had a solution..They wanted to replace parts and "see" what happens. Neither we nor Dick's thought this was good advice. Dick's REPLACED the Kitchaide washing machine with a brand new Whirlpool and took the Kitchenaide machine back to repair and sell as a used machine. BOTTOM line: DON'T BUY ANYTHING KITCHENAIDE (Dick's no longer carries the brand) and BUY WITH CONFIDENCE FROM DICK'S TV!!!!! THEY HAVE INTEGRITY!!!
