I've found these folks to be very helpful and accommodating. I'm as happy here as I was with the late lamented Heritage Bank. They give you a small town feel if you go in a few times; they quickly recognize you & when there was a little trouble with someone getting my debit card number, they were most helpful.

Extra courteous bank employees! Just moved into the area and they went out of their way to accommodate me!

Terrible bank. Their machine stole my debit card Saturday at 1:00om and bank refused to rectify the situation until Monday, depriving me of all my money for the weekend. Hard to buy groceries without access to funds.

Here we are.... I am not really good in English... that's why I can do only this.

Every time that I've been in here everybody is so nice helpful and friendly... but you !!

I used to go to Marblehead branch and I love it... they are so nice and respectful...

didn't care how ASIAN I am .....Michael will let you sit and do everything for you

when you come with the cash and tell him that you want to sent your money home. So sad that they're closed...

I don't know how you did to be in that position.... sad!!! that they've get you in that high

I just want to warn all native languages be ware of MR CHAD ... because he's too busy to help you

oh... can't do it if you don't know it... who's know what the HEL...swiff code is... if you not work with the bank

you will have to find out because he will be to busy to help you ... his as.. is too heavy or he's handicap (excuse if you are)

thanks that he's not the teller but you will feel like C..... if you have to ask for his help !!!

I will go to another branch even it's a bit farther because they think that I am a HUMAN....that need help ...

hope you'll get loss sometimes somewhere that you don't know what to do and expect the one there to help you

hope that one there is me... oh.. I will help you with all of my knowledge and power because I AM A HUMAN.

worst bank i have ever been to. I put cash in the bank then asked if i would be able to use my debit card that same day i was told yes i could then the next day i was chaged 5 over draft fees and told that cash does not go in your account the same day. They didn't offer to take the fees off of my account they just sent me to several of their managers that all told me that it was my fault. I would never recomend this bank to anyone!!
