Do NOT waste your time or money on this place. HORRIBLE customer service. I purchased a Groupon to fix a cracked screen on my iPhone here. HUGE mistake. First, the guy looks at me like I'm crazy and states that my voucher expired when clearly the voucher stated it was still valid for a week. Than he proceeds to tell me he doesn't know if he could help me because there's 15 people ahead of me when I'm the ONLY customer in the store. Then he explains that he doesn't have the part to fix the screen to my phone. So what's the real reason why you didn't want to help me? The expired voucher? A line of "people" ahead of me? You don't have the part? Maybe you're racist? Who knows! Oh and the to end up making matters worse, their sign collapsed onto my car and the car next to me! Good thing it didn't make a dent because there would've been bigger problems. Groupon ended up apologizing for the poor customer service and refunded me the full amount I paid for the voucher. I will never go anyway near this place. Neither should you.

Can' get anyone to call me back, and I've bought the groupon. Of course, I bought the groupon because I have a cracked iPad screen. Very frustrating.
